Students will need to see the school Media Specialist to receive credentials. Student credentials are created on a nightly basis based on enrollment in Inow.
The student will need to see the school Media Specialist for an account reset. If this does not resolved the issue, a Technology support ticket will need to be submitted.

Initially connect your device to the DCS_Connect wireless network. In your preferred web browser, navigate to cloudpath.dothan.k12.al.us and follow the on-screen instructions to download a secure certificate to connect your device to the DCS_Secure wireless network.
