Submit A Ticket
Can’t find the answer you’re looking for and need to submit a ticket? Don’t worry we’re here to help! The following steps will need to take place for all DCS owned technology issues:
Step 1 – Contact Work Order Admin
Staff will need to contact your local Work Order Admin usually your Media Specialist or office receptionist and let them know your technology issue.
Step 2 – Tier 1 Troubleshooting
The Work Order Admin or local Sysop’s will commence Tier 1 troubleshooting. If they cannot fix the immediate issue a ticket will be created by the Work Order Admin via the help-desk website.
Step 3 – Tier 2 Troubleshooting
The ticket will appear to the assigned IT Tech via the help-desk website and they will commence troubleshooting the issue, writing notes on the ticket of any findings during the troubleshooting process, and finally once the issue is resolved the ticket will be closed and the assigned IT Tech will write a final note marking it as the resolution.
